This Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Recipe is the perfect blend of warm fall spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.  This DIY spice mix comes together in 5 minutes with spices you probably already have in your pantry.

  • Find all the spices and check that they are fresh.
  • Measure each spice and put it in a small mason jar or mixing bowl.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in a dark pantry for up to a year.

Notes

Makes ¼ cup each serving is 1 tablespoon.  You can easily double or triple this recipe to make more.  Click on the 2x and 3x on the recipe and it will do the math for you.
If you want to make a small batch of just one tablespoon quarter the recipe.  That would be ½ tablespoon cinnamon, ¼ tablespoon ginger, ½ teaspoon nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon allspice, and ¼ teaspoon cloves.
