This is THE BEST healthy Crock Pot Apple Pumpkin Butter recipe!
In a large crock pot add the apples, apple juice, coconut sugar, and cinnamon. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Puree the mixture with an immersion blender when everything is soft.
Add the pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla to the apples. Cook on low for another 2-4 hours. Makes about 5 cups.
* Adjust the coconut sugar to how sweet you want the apple butter!
