5 Ingredient Avocado Feta Dip

This stuff is addictive!  My 5 Ingredient Avocado Feta Dip can be a party dip or spread for a sandwich or wrap.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocadoes, mashed
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon minced garlic **
  • 1/2 lemon *, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Fold all ingredients carefully in a bowl together.  You want to not stir too much so you still have some chunks of avocado and feta!

Notes

* Use half a large lemon or a whole small one.
**Adjust garlic to your own personal taste.  Start with the smaller amount and add more if you like.
