Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 orange, peeled, de-seeded and cut into segments.
  • ½ cup orange juice or almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients, frozen mango, frozen banana, orange, and orange juice, in a blender and blend until smooth!
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy.

Notes

The orange juice makes this recipe taste lighter while the almond milk makes it a bit more creamy.
Storage & Freezing
I recommend making and enjoying smoothies fresh, so they don't get a strange consistency.  This will not keep well in the fridge or freezer.
