Healthy & Skinny Shamrock Shake
A healthy take on the Shamrock Shake!
drops peppermint extract ***
vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Toppings: whipped cream of your choice
mini dark chocolate chips
Put the bananas, one drop of peppermint extract, almond milk and spinach in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add another until it is minty enough for your taste.***
Top with whipped cream and chocolate chips! Stir it all together to make it really creamy.
For a vegan shake, use coconut milk whipped cream
***Add the drops of peppermint one at a time because the potency of peppermint extract can vary from brand to brand!
