Healthy Chipotle Lime Ranch Dressing recipe

The creamy, healthy Chipotle Lime Ranch Dressing recipe is the perfect addition to your salad, tacos or pasta!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablesppon chipotle sauce from chipotle in adobo can **
  • 1/2 lime * juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup milk ***
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix everything but the milk together in a large bowl.  Slowly add the milk until you get the consistency you want.

Recipe Notes

* If your lime isn't that juicy, you can use the whole thing.

** You can use more chipotle sauce and even food process whole peppers into the sauce, depending on how spicy you want it!

*** Add the milk slowly until you reach the desired consistency.  Greek yogurts vary in thickness... so you will need to eyeball this!
