My Pineapple Ginger Smoothie is a light and refreshing treat! It is filled with nutrients from the fruit, ginger and packed with protein from Silk Soymilk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, peeled and minced (about a 1 inch piece)
  • ½ cup Vanilla Silk Soymilk

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in the blender and blend well!

Notes

I freeze my bananas when they have cheetah spots (like pictured) for optimal sweetness.
