  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley OR 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh snipped chives OR 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/4 tablespoon fresh dill OR 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 small lemon juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk any non-flavored type will work


  1. Put all ingredients except the milk in a bowl and mix well. Stir in a tablespoons of the milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Keep in an airtight container in fridge!

Recipe Notes

Use any combination of dried and fresh herbs you have on hand. Start with the smaller amount of garlic and onion powder and add more to taste.
