Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Your favorite apple pie flavors in a healthy make ahead oatmeal breakfast.

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup grated apple 1 small apple
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Topping: vanilla Greek yogurt cinnamon and apple slices


  1. Mix the oats, milk, apple, chia seeds and cinnamon in a container with a lid. Put in fridge and allow to soak overnight.
  2. In the morning serve with dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt, cinnamon and apple slices.
