Smoked Salmon Dip

This smoked salmon dip skips some of the calories with low-fat cream cheese and greek yogurt!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1/2 fresh lemon juiced
  • 3 ounces chopped smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons red onion
  • optional: capers additional dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Garnish with dill.
  3. Serve with your favorite crackers, carrot chips or on a whole grain bagel.
