  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 T fresh dill plus additional for garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • For the salmon:
  • 1 -1 1/2 pounds salmon about an inch thick, cut into four pieces

  4. Spread the olive oil on top of the fish and sprinkle the garlic powder, salt and pepper on top.
  5. Top each piece of salmon with a thin lemon slice.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is flaky.
  7. Remove from oven and serve with the Greek yogurt dill sauce for salmon.

Recipe Notes

The baking time used is with about a 1 inch thick piece of salmon. If your salmon is thinner, cook for less time. If your salmon is thicker, you may have to leave it in longer. When it flakes it is done.
