  • 1 recipe Parmesan Ranch Cauliflower or Curry Roasted Cauliflower (vegan), see recipe notes for links
  • 1 recipe Crispy Ranch Chickpeas
  • 1 recipe Lemon Tahini Dressing
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 4 cups kale

Instructions
 

  • Pile the kale in a bowl.  Top with the cauliflower, chickpeas and quinoa.  Drizzle with the lemon tahini dressing.
