Healthy Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing

Try my homemade Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing recipe that's healthy, clean eating, and totally delicious.  This healthy salad dressing takes only 5 minutes to make and is perfect as a dip or for drizzling over your favorite salad greens.

  • Remove the skin and pit from the avocado. Put the avocado flesh, cilantro, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil and greek yogurt into a food processor, small chopper or blender.
  • Add a tablespoon of water at a time until you reach the desired consistency. I used ¼ cup water.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

This recipe makes about a cup of the dressing.  I calculated the dressing serving size as one tablespoon so that's where the calorie and nutrition facts come from.  Each tablespoon has about 30 calories.
 
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for two days.
