4 Ingredient Watermelon Mint Sorbet

A clean eating, healthy and vegan watermelon sorbet or nice cream. Simple with only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen watermelon
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • splash of unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Allow the fruit to soften for 5-10 minutes
  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
  • Also use theYonanas Machine!
  • Serve immediately or smooth it flat in a container and freeze for an hour to scoop out in pretty scoops.

Notes

When freezing your watermelon, let the cubes freeze on a tray and then put them in a bag so you don't end up with a big frozen watermelon blob.
