Healthy Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing is perfect for any salad!

  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan , grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Lemon ,juiced
  • 2 teaspoons Grainy Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Milk ***


  1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together.  If it feels to thick, add a small amount of milk until you get to the right consistency.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Recipe Notes

*** Depending on how thick your greek yogurt is you might need a tablespoon or two of milk to get to the right consistency for dressing.  Add that one teaspoon at a time at the end until you get the dressing as thin as you'd like.
