Everything Bagel Salad

This Everything Bagel Salad is a fun twist on your favorite brunch: everything bagels! Made with smoked salmon, red onion, cream cheese, bagel chips, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce this hearty lunch, brunch, or dinner salad is then topped with homemade Everything Bagel Ranch and Everything Bagel Seasoning.

  • Divide the lettuce among two salad bowls.
  • Roll the smoked salmon into bites and place on the salad. Carefully arrange the bagel chips, tomato, cucumber and red onion. Spoon half the cream cheese onto the salad.
  • Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning on top of the salad.
  • Serve with my homemade Greek Yogurt Everything Bagel Ranch Dressing.

Notes

Makes two hearty salads.  
For a lower-carb salad, do fewer bagel chips or omit them.  
 
Storage and Leftovers
You can store any undressed leftovers in the fridge for up to one or two days max.  You cannot freeze this salad.
