Cilantro Lime Coleslaw

Julie Wunder
Cilantro Lime Coleslaw is a quick and healthy side dish that's made with no mayo and Greek yogurt instead. This fresh and light yet creamy coleslaw is the perfect addition to any meal or a great topping for tacos or burgers!

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together the greek yogurt lime juice, honey, and garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. I do about ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of pepper.
  • Add the coleslaw and cilantro into the bowl and toss until well combined.
  • Serve immediately or it can store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

You can find the coleslaw mix with the bagged salads in the produce section of the store.  If you don't have it or want to make your own mix chop around 6-7 cups of coleslaw.  Use a mixture of white, red, and carrots for a colorful slaw.
