  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • cup nut butter
  • ½ cup coconut
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons Ocean Spray Cranberry Seeds

  • In a food processor mix together the oatmeal, nut butter and coconut until you have a nice mixture of a paste but still enough whole oats to be able to tell what it is.
  • Remove the food processor blade and mix in the dried cranberry and cranberry seeds by hand.
  • Divide the mixture into 12 balls. Use your hand to roll them into smooth balls. You might need to compress the mixture with your hands to get it to stick.
  • Put the balls on a plate and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow them firm up.
  • Serve and enjoy!
