Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pomegranate arils
  • 1 small cucumber *, seeds removed, diced
  • 1 small red onion *, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well!  Serve with crackers or chips.

Notes

* If you can only find large cucumber or red onion, only use half.
