Garlic Dill Salmon and Brussels Sprouts One Pan Meal

Easy one pan meals are the way to go! My Garlic Dill Salmon and Brussels Sprouts only has six ingredients and uses only one pan!

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spray generously with cooking spray.
  • Half the lemon. Cut a thin slice off of each side and set aside.
  • On the cooking sheet toss brussels sprouts with half of the rest of the lemon, half the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 10 minutes, stirring once.
  • Remove from oven and push sprouts to make room for the salmon. Put salmon on pan. Squeeze the other half of the lemon on top. Drizzle with the other half of the olive oil and sprinkle the rest of the garlic powder, salt and pepper on top. Sprinkle with the dill. Top with the lemon slices.
  • Roast for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes.

Notes

You can easily double this recipe for a family of four!
