Raspberry Greek Yogurt Bites recipe

Healthy and naturally sweetened Raspberry Greek Yogurt Bites recipe.  Pour into heart shaped molds for Valentine's Day.

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, thawed for 5-10 minutes
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • splash of milk of your choice*


  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and mix until smooth.  Depending on the thickness of your greek yogurt you might need a splash of milk to it moving.
  • Pour or spoon the mixture into molds of your choice.  Freeze until solid.
  • Once the bites are frozen you can transfer them into an airtight container and store in the freezer.
  • Before serving allow the bite to sit outside of the freezer for a few minutes to soften.
