Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk *
  • 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie mix
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie seasoning
  • ¼ cup maple syrup**
  • pinch salt, optional
  • 1 ½ cups steel cut oats

Instructions
 

  • Add the milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie seasoning and optional salt to a large crock pot.  Mix until well combined.  Then add the steel cut oats and mix again.
  • Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 3 ½ -4 hours.
  • Serve with pecan, cranberries, coconut or chocolate chips as toppings!

Notes

*You can use different types of milk or even replace a cup or two with water.
**This amount of maple syrup does not make it super sweet, so adjust to your own personal taste.
