Sideline meat this football season with my delightful Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower!

For the sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter or vegan alternative
- ¼ cup hot sauce
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spray two cookie sheets with the cooking spray.
Mix the flour, Silk, garlic salt, onion powder and pepper in a bowl. It will stay thick.
Dip the florets in the coating, covering it well. Lay the florets on the cookie sheet. They should not touch.
Bake for 15 minutes or until they are turning brown. Flip halfway through.
While the cauliflower is roasting, make sauce.
In a sauce pan melt the butter and stir in the hot sauce.
Take the florets out of the oven and brush the butter hot sauce mixture on both sides.
Return to oven for 5-7 minutes.
Serve with your favorite wing dipping sauce. Vegan ranch is available!
