Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower

Sideline meat this football season with my delightful Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower!

Ingredients
  

For the sauce

  • 3 tablespoons butter or vegan alternative
  • ¼ cup hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spray two cookie sheets with the cooking spray.
  • Mix the flour, Silk, garlic salt, onion powder and pepper in a bowl. It will stay thick.
  • Dip the florets in the coating, covering it well. Lay the florets on the cookie sheet. They should not touch.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until they are turning brown. Flip halfway through.
  • While the cauliflower is roasting, make sauce.
  • In a sauce pan melt the butter and stir in the hot sauce.
  • Take the florets out of the oven and brush the butter hot sauce mixture on both sides.
  • Return to oven for 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite wing dipping sauce. Vegan ranch is available!
