  • Gather your ingredients and measure the amounts.
  • Whisk all the ingredients - apple cider, apple cider vinegar, shallot, olive oil, dijon mustard, and maple syrup - together in a bowl. 
  • Serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge!

Notes

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.  The dressing will need to be remixed before serving it.
