  • ¾ cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ small minced shallot, about 2 teaspoons
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.  Serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge!
