Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups watermelon cubes, frozen
  • ½ cup coconut water, can also use unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined.

Notes

When freezing your watermelon, let the cubes freeze on a tray and then put them in a bag so you don't end up with a big frozen watermelon blob. You can also use non-frozen watermelon and add a couple handfuls of ice.
