Homemade Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing

This easy red wine vinaigrette dressing takes only 5 minutes to prepare with basic pantry ingredients. The vinaigrette packs a punch and adds so much flavor to salads, perfectly complimenting veggies, like tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumbers.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a jar and mix well.
  • Store in the fridge, and shake well before using.

Notes

Serve this on your favorite healthy salad!  A serving is about 1 tablespoon.
