  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt to taste


  • Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Store in an airtight container.
  • Easily doubles for a larger batch.
  • Serve with your favorite salad, wrap or my buddha bowl like my Grilled Vegetable Buddha Bowl!
