  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 peach, diced
  • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • garnish: granola, peach slices


  • In a sealable container stir together the oats, almond milk, chia seeds and cinnamon. Put the mixture in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning stir in the fresh peaches and top with the greek yogurt.
  • Garnish with additional Peach slices and granola.


To make dairy-free use dairy-free yogurt or omit it.
