  • 2 cups shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup plain 0% greek yogurt *
  • ¼ cup light olive oil based mayonnaise *
  • 4 ounce jar chopped pimentos, drained
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper


  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.


*You can also sub out all of the mayo for greek yogurt but the taste will be slightly different.
