Healthy Honey Mashed Potatoes
Healthy Honey Mashed Sweet Potatoes will be the star of your dinner!
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Boil the sweet potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes until fork tender.
In a mixer or with a potato masher, mash potaotes.
Add the honey, Greek yogurt and salt. Blend well.
