  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • Boil the sweet potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes until fork tender.
  • In a mixer or with a potato masher, mash potaotes.
  • Add the honey, Greek yogurt and salt. Blend well.
