Peaches and Cream Smoothie - The Best Peach Smoothie!

This Peaches and Cream Smoothie recipe features sweet peaches, creamy Greek yogurt, vanilla, and cinnamon to make the perfect healthy summer peach smoothie.  Made with just 5 ingredients and in 5 minutes, this creamy treat is the perfect breakfast, lunch, or summertime snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen peaches
  • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • dash vanilla extract
  • dash cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Get out your high-speed blender.
  • Place the peaches, greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in the blender.
  • Mix until smooth. You can add a splash more milk if it's too thick.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh peaches.

Notes

To Make with Fresh Peaches:
You can also use fresh peaches in the summer.  With unfrozen peaches but you will need to add at least a handful of ice to the smoothie to get the icy consistency.  For the thickest, creamier smoothie, use frozen peaches.
To Make it Vegan:
You can substitute your favorite type of milk.  To make vegan substitute your favorite non-dairy yogurt.
Storage, Leftovers and Freezing
I recommend enjoying this smoothie right after you make it for the best consistency and flavor.  It does not store or freeze well.
