  • 1 pound orecchiette pasta or bow tie
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • garnish: basil shredded parmesan


  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions, making sure to salt the water well. Drain when pasta is al dente.
  2. Stir in the pesto and Greek yogurt.
  3. Garnish with the basil and parmesan.
