Ingredients
  

For the Rainbow Fruit Skewers

  • 16 large strawberries, green top cut off
  • ½ pound cantaloupe, cubed
  • ½ pound pineapple, cubed
  • 4 kiwi, peeled and quartered
  • 48 large purple or black grapes
  • 16 skewers
  • garnish: fresh mint

For Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon real almond extract **
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon **

Instructions
 

  • For the Rainbow Fruit Skewers:
  • Prepare the skewers by slipping on the grapes first. Push them to the top and then add the kiwi, pineapple and cantaloupe. Top it off with the strawberry.
  • Put on a plate or tray for serving.
  • For the Dip:
  • Mix the greek yogurt, honey, almond extract and cinnamon for the dip . Stir well.
  • Transfer to a small serving bowl.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
