Put all the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and mix until smooth. Depending on the thickness of your greek yogurt you might need a splash of milk to it moving.
Pour or spoon the mixture into molds of your choice. Freeze until solid.
Once the bites are frozen you can transfer them into an airtight container and store in the freezer.
Before serving allow the bite to sit outside of the freezer for a few minutes to soften.
