Instructions
Put the lentils, onion, sweet potato, broth, garlic and spices a large crock pot.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 until the lentils are tender.
Turn the crock pot to warm and stir in the kale just before serving.
Notes
Don't cut your sweet potatoes too small because they will overcook by the time the lentils are done. Use one large sweet potato or two small ones.
