Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 small minced shallot about 2 teaspoons
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.  Serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge!
