  • 2 cups shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain 0% greek yogurt *
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil based mayonnaise *
  • 4 ounce jar chopped pimentos drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Recipe Notes

*You can also sub out all of the mayo for greek yogurt but the taste will be slightly different.
