It took me awhile this year but I’m finally feeling all sorts of festive and merry. I basically want all things peppermint, chocolate and Elf movies this week.<—SANTA! I KNOW HIM!!!!
I’m also seriously looking forward to the Hubs and I annual viewing of Prep and Landing. It was a Disney Christmas special a few years back with lots of aviation references so we love it. Has anyone else seen it? Even if you don’t have kids, I recommend it.

Believe it or not you could even start your day off with this good one! It only takes 5 ingredients and a short amount of time in your blender. If I was eating this to start my day, I’d probably leave off the whipped cream though… just sayin…
